摘    要:研究了丙烷在不同SiO2/Al2O3比值的HZSM5和Ga改性HZSM5催化剂上的芳构化转化,为探讨氢转移反应的能力,也考察了在丙烷中添加少量氢对芳构化转化的影响。结果表明,随HZSM5分子筛SiO2/Al2O3比值的减小,氢转移反应程度增大;在分子筛中引入Ga,氢转移反应能力增大。最后提出了有Ga参与的反应机理。

Abstract:Propane aromatization over HZSM 5 zeolites with different SiO 2/Al 2O 3 ratios and Ga modified HZSM 5 catalysts were studied, and the influence of the addition of a small amount of H 2 on propane conversion was also tested in order to investigate the hydrogen transfer reactions. The results showed that the hydrogen transfer ability increased with the decrease of zeolite SiO 2/Al 2O 3 ratio, and the introduction of Ga into the zeolite enhanced the hydrogen transfer ability. A possible mechanism is also proposed.
