摘    要:以逐次二次规划(SQP)为核心所开发的化工流程优化方法虽已取得不少进展,但 还存在两个方面的问题:原问题中相容的非线性约束在化为二次规划的线性约束时会出 现不相容的情况;未知变量的标度系数难以确定。为了提高SQP的有效性及可靠性, 本文对它作了进一步的探讨,并提出了解决方法。通过对一个闪蒸系统实例的计算分 析.证实了提出的改进算法是较为有效的。

Abstract:Up to now, the chemical process optimization algorithms, developed on the basis of the successive quadratic programming (SQP), has got a great progress. However, there still remain two questions: the SQP algorithm can sometimes be plagued with inconsistent constraint linearizations; the scaling factors of unknown variables are difficult to be defined. With the aim of increasing the reliability and efficiency of algorithins for process flowsheet optimization, in this paper a new strategy is proposed to deal with the inconsistent case and an effective scaling procedure is developed, which were tested on a flash system optimization problem. The results show significant improvements in performance as predicted from theory.
