| Abstract: | Summary The purpose of this paper is to present experimental results in order to test the electrostatic theory. The experimental results for a number of different analytes and amphiphilic modifiers are compared with the theory. It is found that the experimental results are in good agreement with the predictions from the electrostatic theory. |
