| 摘 要： | 基于流动注射停流技术和软物质在线采集技术建立了一种快速磷钼染色法测定细胞膜三磷酸酰苷(ATP)酶活性的方法.与传统方法相比,该分析方法速度提高了7倍,而且操作简便,试剂消耗少.将该方法应用于兔心肌细胞膜ATP酶活性变化规律的研究,结果显示酶活性在研究时间内按一定规律递减.为细胞膜及其受体的纯度、活性等相关研究提供了重要信息. |
