低速离心压气机的全工况数值模拟和校核

摘    要:本文选用不同的计算模型和网格数目在全流量域对NASA低速离心压气机进行了数值模拟,通过与实验数据的对比检验了计算结果的精度,为具有无叶扩压器结构的低压离心压气机确定了合理的计算方案。同时通过计算结果的观察和对比,分析了小流量下叶轮内部流场的部分变化特征。

Abstract:The CFD simulation has been accomplished for the NASA low-speed centrifugal compressor in whole flow-rate range by selecting different numerical models and numbers of grids. The comparison between numerical and experimental results shows that the computation is comparatively accurate. And a proper numerical method is ascertained for CFD simulation of low-speed centrifugal compressor with vaneless diffuser. At the same time, some characters of the flow field in the impeller are analyzed under the condition of small flow rate near stall.
