| 摘 要： | 《两岸知识产权保护合作协议》的签署标志着两岸知识产权领域双向合作和协调机制的建立和开启。分析了海峡两岸相互间专利申请及授权现状和外国人在两岸的专利申请及授权现状,提出了两岸专利审查合作的发展路径。

| Abstract: | Cooperative Agreement on Cross-Straits Intellectual Property Right Protection marks the establishment of bilateral cooperation and coordination mechanism across the Straits in the field of the intellectual property.The development path of Cross-Straits patent examination cooperation is put forward based on the analysis of the mutual patent applications and grants across the Straits and foreigner’s patent applications and grants in Chinese Mainland and Taiwan. |
