摘    要:针对山西柳林凌志兴家沟煤业有限公司8号煤层80105工作面的在坚硬顶板条件下面临的回采巷道支护难题,结合围岩控制理论和锚杆、锚索支护理论,采用基于模糊等价关系的聚类法,对兴家沟煤矿8号煤层巷道围岩稳定性进行了分类,探讨了适宜于8号煤层赋存条件的巷道锚固定支护理论依据、设计原理及方法,确定了85015工作面顺槽顶板及两帮锚固参数,并制定了合理的锚固方案,基于实践验证,该方法有效解决了开拓掘进中面临的支护问题,达到了安全高效生产的目的。

Abstract:In the light of the stoping roadway supporting problem under the condition of hard roof on 80105 working face of No.8 coal seam in Lingzhi XingJiagou colliery in Liulin county of Shanxi Province, and combining with surrounding rock control and bolt-cable support theory, and based on fuzzy equivalence relation clustering method, this paper classifies the stability of surrounding rock on No.8 coal seam in Xingjiagou.Colliery, discusses the suitable fixed support theory basis for the anchor design principle and method under the coal seam roadway occurrence condition, determines the parameters of roof and both bolts on 85015 working face,and formulates a reasonable anchorage scheme, and based on the practical evidence, points out that this method is effective to solve the support problem faced in the development and driveage, and achievs the purpose of the high yield and high efficiency.
