摘    要:介绍了一种用LC集成VCO来替换晶体压控振荡器实现调频的锁相环电路并给出了关键技术:双电调端分别实现调频和锁相;环路滤波器的设计及实验结果。该电路不仅具有低的相噪、高稳定的载波,还具有理想的音频调制频响、优良的抗震动性能和温度性能。理论分析和实践表明,该电路较之改进前的电路更能满足航空电子设备恶劣的环境要求并具有生产性。

Abstract:A kind of LC integration VCO substituted for VCXO to finish FM locked in phase is introduced and its key technique: double-tuning ports which are used to achieve FM and Phase-locked respectively,loop filter design and experiment results are also described. The characters of this improved circuit are not only low phase noise and high stable carrier but also ideal AF modulation frequency response, excellent anti-vibration and temperature performance. Theoretical analysis and practice indicates that this improved circuit better satisfies the bad environment of the aviation electronic equipment and is more suited for batch production than before.
