Abstract:	Using the non-closed shell many-electron theory for excited states of Sinano?lu we compute the hyperfine structure constants of Be I 1s²2s2p ³P⁰, B I 1s²2s2p²⁴P and B I 1s²2s2p²²D. The quadrupole moment of ⁹Be is also newly determined to be, Q = 0.05494 barns.
