| 摘 要： | 在氨水与聚乙烯醇存在下，痕量Ｃｏ＾２＋对Ｈ２Ｏ２氧化亚甲基蓝的褪色反应有抑制作用，由此建立了一种高灵敏度分光光度测定痕量钴的方法，测定范围为０－１．００μｇＣｏ×２＋／２５ｍＬ，用于水中钴的分析，结果满意。

| Abstract: | Cobalt has a suppressed effect on the discolored reaction resulted from hydrogen peroxide oxidizing methylene blue? thus a highly sensitive method for determining trace cobalt is set up with the sensitivity of 5. 0 10-11 gCo2+/mL and the range of determination of 0-1. 00 ug Co2+/25 mL. The method has been applied to the determination of cobalt in water with satisfactory results. |
