| Abstract: | 5 and cylinder aspect ratios of 0.5 to 10. The effects of the changes in these parameters on the variation of the temperature
and flow patterns within the cylinder have been studied. The local and average Nusselt numbers correlations of interest in
determining the insulating value of an annular cavity formed by two concentric vertical cylinders have been obtained.
