喹啉不溶物对煤沥青热聚合改质影响的研究

摘    要:采用软化点相同但喹啉不溶物(QI)含量不同的中温沥青为原料,进行了几类煤沥青的热聚合改质试验。研究表明,煤沥青原料QI含量对热聚合改质过程和产物改质沥青的性能指标影响很大,并且热聚合期间改质沥青的次生QI转变速率与原料煤沥青的QI含量成正比关系,通过对不同类型QI组分的分析,探讨了QI组分影响煤沥青热聚合改质的机理,认为原料煤沥青所含原生QI炭微粒促进了热聚合改质过程中煤沥青芳烃分子的聚合。

Abstract:Using several medium pitch which have the same softening point but different QI contents as the raw materials, thermal polymerization modification experiments have been carried out The results indicate that the QI content of raw materials has evident effect on the modification process and the quality of modified pitch The conversion rates of primary QI during the thermal polymerization are directly proportional to the QI content of raw materials By means of the analysis of different kinds of QI components, the mechanism of action of the QI component in the modification of coal tar pitch has been explored It can be concluded that the primary QI carbonaceous particles enhance the polymerization of aromatic hydrocarbon molecules during the thermal modification
