| 摘 要： | 针对棕地再开发具有的复杂性和特殊性,建立了棕地再开发项目评价的指标体系,利用灰色多层次综合评价法对该指标体系进行评价,在评价中利用层次分析法、熵值法来确定指标的权重,并利用方案间的灰色关联系数来构建评价矩阵,提高评价结果的准确性,最后给出一个实例分析。

| Abstract: | The paper puts forward the evaluation index system of the brownfield redevelopment project for the complexity and particularity of brownfield redevelopment.It adopts the multi-hierarchical grey evaluation method to evaluate the index system.We decide the weight of every evaluation index by using AHP and entropy method in the process of evaluation and use the gray correlation degree to establish evaluation matrix.It can improve the accuracy of the evaluation result.In the last,the instance illustrates the ev... |
