Abstract: | In this paper three-dimentional simulations are carried out to the phase velocity of a transverse electric wave which propagates in a relativistic electron beam magnetized by a wiggler field and an axial guide magnetic field. Results show that the phase velocities are quite different from each other as the axial guide magnetic field changes its direction. |
