Abstract:Combining with the work done in our laboratory, we review the research progress of full porous spherical silica-based packing material for high performance liquid chromatography, which include: normal phase chromatographic packing, reverse phase chromatographic packing, chiral chromatographic packing, ion chromatographic packing and core-shell chromatographic packing. In this review we citing more than 200 references.
