| Abstract: | This paper points out that in order to make the rural labor transfer adapt to the sustainable development of the economy, the government must strengthen the planning and management, strengthen the education and skill training function, perfect the rural lobor employment makert system and strengthen the rural surplus labor transfer ability in situ. |
