| Abstract: | Potassium Boc-protected aminomethyltrifluoroborate, a primary aminomethyl equivalent, was synthesized successfully through a "one-pot" process. With this trifluoroborate, Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions were investigated with a variety of both aryl and hetaryl chlorides in good to excellent yields. |
