| Abstract: | A FIA titration of zinc has been studied using Cu~(2+) as back titrant, EDTA as complexing agent and a reformed 721 spectrophotometer as detector. Effects of flow rate and concentration of back titrant on the titration have been investigated. Linear relationship between the slope of calibration curve and the volume of gradient chamber was observed. Zinc in the sample solution was determined by using the procedure and satisactory results were obtained. |
