Abstract:A two-dimensional phononic crystal structure model is proposed in this paper and applied in power ultrasonic transducer with large transverse dimensions, which avoids the influence of coupling vibration on the transducer and optimizes its performance.. Firstly, the front cover plate of cylindrical hole with near periodic structure is designed,then the influence of the radius and height of the scatterer on the resonant frequency and band gap of the phononic crystal structure is studied. The research shows that with the increase of the radius and height of the scatterer, the resonant frequency of the transducer will change, and the band gap range will also change. The resonant frequency of the transducer can be adjusted to be within the band range of the phonon crystal, which can effectively suppress the transverse vibration of the transducer.
