摘    要:以钛酸丁酯、钨酸铵为原料,通过溶胶.凝胶法合成了WO3/TiO2复合光催化剂.研究了冰醋酸、无水乙醇加入量对胶凝时间的影响,以及钨掺杂量对产物光催化性能的影响.利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对制备的粉体进行了表征,并通过光催化降解甲基橙评价催化剂的光催化性能.结果表明,冰醋酸、无水乙醇加入量分别为1mL、10mL时,可得到稳定、透明的凝胶,钨掺杂量为0.12%(W和Ti的物质的量比即n(W):n(Ti),以下同)时光催化效果最好.在实验范围内,产物中未出现W-O键的红外吸收峰.

Preparation of Composite Photocatalyst WO3/TiO2 and its Photocatalytic Performance

Abstract:Composite photocatalyst WO3/TiO2 is prepared from butyl titanate and ammonium tungstate by sol-gel method. The influence of acetic acid and ethanol amount on gelation time, and the influence of doping amount of W on the photocatalytic performance are studied. The properties of powder are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR), and the photocatalytic activity is characterized by reaction of methyl orange photocatalytic degradation. Results show that the homogeneous transparent gel is prepared when the amount of acetic acid and the amount of ethanol are 1 mL and 10 mL, respectively. When the doping amount of W is 0.12%(the ratio of amount of substance W and Ti is n(W):n(Ti), similarly hereinafter), the best photocatalysis efficiency is obtained. Under the experimental conditions, the infrared absorption peak of the W--O is not observed.
