辽宁省中学教师专业素质调查研究

摘    要:我国正在进行的基础教育改革对教师教育提出了新的要求,为了解决教师教育与基础教育改革不相适应的状况,为了研究新型师范生专业技能的标准及发展性评价问题,对辽宁省13个地区的中学教师的专业素质作了调查.调查从教师的专业知识、专业技能和专业态度3方面展开,通过对调查结果的分析,为进一步研究教师专业发展问题奠定了基础。

Abstract:The elementary educational reform underway in our country puts requirements on teachers' education. In order to solve the inconformity between teachers' education and elementary educational reform, and also to make a survey on the criteria of professional skills and the question of developing evaluation of new type students of normal university, we made a survey on the professional quality of high school teachers in thirteen areas of Liaoning province. The survey includes professional knowledge, professional skills, and professional attitude of the teachers. The analysis of the survey lays a foundation on further research of the development of teachers' profession.
