Abstract: | A study of visible‐light‐driven hydrogen production using a multicomponent system consisting of different boron dipyrromethene (BODIPY) dyes, triethylamine and {Pd(PPh3)Cl2}2] from THF/water mixtures is presented. A trio of meso‐mesityl BODIPY dyes display the best activities and long‐term stabilities of more than ten days with the 2,6‐diiodo derivative showing the best performance. |
