摘    要:本文报道了一种新型的重金属离子处理剂——IISX试制成功。与ISX相比,它的成本低,室温的稳定性有所提高,对重金属离子有较高的去除率。本文还研究了IISX去除重金属离子的最佳条件,及在工业废水中的应用。

Abstract:It has been proved by Wing, R. E. et al.1-5] that insoluble starch xanthate (ISX) is effective for the removal of dissolved heavy-metal from industrial wastewater.In order to use ISX for industrial wastewater treatment in our country ISX'S cost must be reduced and its stability at room temperature increased. Thus, We change formula and its preparation obtaining a product different from ISX in properties, which we call an improved insoluble starch xanthate (IISX). IISX'S cost is 1/7 that of ISX and sulfur-content lower than that of ISX. IISX is able to be stored at room temperature. When it is stored 20 weeks, its removal efficiency is still over 99%. This paper also studies the best condition of IISX'S removal of heavy metals and the application in industrial wastewater treatment. Concentration of heavy metal ions treated by IISX in several industrial effluents is below the GB industrial wastewater discharge limits.
