摘    要:本文从邻苯二甲酸氢钾单晶的微观结构特性,讨论了晶面上特征层状包裹形成的结构影响因素。晶体内部的三种类型的微观结构隧道在一对特定的快速生长晶面作用下俘获母液中的杂质,是包裹形成的主要机理。本机理所预计的与实验观测结果符合较好。关键词

Abstract:The formation of characteristic layered inclusions in the single crystal of potassium acid phthalate (KAP) is discussed in view of the effect of its microscopic structure. That three types of micro structural channels trap the impurities or other different phase precipitates in solution, via a special pair of the conical planes with the highest growth rate and the fluctuation of the growth conditions in liquor, is the main mechanism of inclusion formation. The above argument is in fair agreement with the experimental results for real crystals.
