| 摘 要： | 目的总结2批29例烧伤病人救治成功的经验以提高治愈率。方法对2批29例烧伤病人进行回顾性总结,实施＂四早＂（即早期＂个体化液体复苏＂、早期气管切开、早期创面处理、早期心理干预）方案。结果29例无1例死亡,取得了较好的效果。结论成批烧伤救治中,强有力的组织领导、实施＂四早＂方案、加强综合治疗是救治成批烧伤的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective：To sum up the experience in the rescue of bum patients in group and to raise the curative rate.Methods：A retrospective clinical study was carried out in 29 burn patients in two groups who A received four-early principle program.Results：There was no death and good results were achieved. Conclusion： To carry out the four-early principle program and strengthen the combined modality therapy were the key to treat the burn patients in group successfully. |
