| 摘 要： | 为了满足空间红外多光谱扫描仪热波段对探测器光谱参数的特殊要求，采取了一些措施，测试分析了多元光导碲镉汞长波探测器的光谱响应及其变温光谱，画出了多元光谱曲线和不同温度下的典型光谱特性曲线，分析了测试精度。测试结果表明该探测器能满足空间应用的特殊要求。

| Abstract: | Some measurements are adopted to meet the special needs to detector, s spectral parame- ter in thermal waveband of space infrared multi-spectral scanner . The spectral response and variable temperature spectrum of multi-element photoconductive HgCdTe long wavelength detector are tested and analyzed, the multi-element spectral curves and typical spectral characteristics curves at different temperatures are showed , the measuring accuracy is also analyzed . The test result shows that this mul- ti-element detector can meet the special needs of space application . |
