| 摘 要： | 以半导体厂芯片生产车间洁净室温度控制系统为应用背景,给出了预估式变参数PID控制算法.这种实用新算法的调节时间接近于Smith补偿算法,但在被控对象的数学模型不精确时,仍有较好的控制效果.

| Abstract: | This paper provides a new PID control algorithm with variable parameters by estimation,under the application background of the chip workshop's temperature control system for the semiconductor factory. The settling time of step response by this new control algorithm is close to that one by Smith compensating algorithm.Even if the mathematical model of the controlled object is not accurate,this new control algorithm still functions to some extent. |
