| Abstract: | An effective visible-light-induced perfluoroalkylation of conjugated tosyl amides using Rf-X (X = I or Br) as the Rf source by Ir photocatalyst was disclosed. This protocol provides a new way to prepare oxindoles or α-aryl-β-fluoroalkyl amides bearing various perfluorinated moieties such as n-C3F7, i-C3F7, n-C4F9, n-C6F13, n-C8F17, n-C10F21 and CF2CO2Et. |
