摘    要:以胶棉人工活性膜为模板,于室温下,在0.1mol/L的Hg(NO3)2和Na2S溶液组成的隔膜体系中,成功制备了硫化汞纳米晶.产物为近球形的多晶粒子,平均粒径为33nm,属于立方闪锌矿结构,晶格常数a=0.58516nm.另外,初步探讨了产物的合成机理.

Abstract:Polynanocrystals of HgS were synthesized with artificial active membrane of collodion as the template. The results indicated that approximately spherical HgS particles about 33 nm, which has a cubic zinc-blende structure with a cell parameter a=0.585 16 nm, could be formed at room temperature with 0.1 mol/L HgS and 0.1 mol/L Na 2S as the reactants. In addition, the tentative research for the reaction mechanism has been carried out.
