闽南山地桉树杂交新种F1代测定与选择研究

摘    要:对24个桉树杂交新种/子代(包括母本自由授粉子代)的速生性、抗逆性、形质性状进行测定与分析,经多性状综合评判,选出适合闽南山地发展的5号(E.u3101×E.g18705)、15号(E.u3101×E.g18741)、21号E.u3101×E.(G×U)等11个速生性、适应性和抗逆性强的优良杂交种/子代(家系)和41个优良单株。优良家系5.5a生树高、胸径和材积年均生长量达2.4~3.0m、2.3—3.1cm和0.018~0.035m^3且抗风性强,形质性状优良,材积比对照(U6)增益43.60~186.16%;优良单株的材积在0.18m^3以上。为优良杂种单株的无性系化和进一步的桉树杂交育种提供了有效的遗传材料。

Abstract:This study was conducted to test the growth rate, anti - contradictor character and form quality of 24 fresh hybrid eucalypt varieties and their offspring (including offspring of female parent free pollination). By multi -characteristic integrated evaluation, a total of 11 varieties i. e. 5#( E. u3101× E. g18705) ,15#( E. u3101 × E. g18741 ) ,21# E. u3101 ×E. ( G × U) ] and 41 superior individuals were selected. They were adapted to South Fujian Mountain. In 5.5 years, the annual average growth in tallness, DBH and timber volume were 2.4 - 3.0m,2.3 - 3. lem and 0.01 - 0. 035m^3, respectifly. Also, they had strong wind -resistance character and excellent form quality. The gain of stem volume was 43.60 - 186.16% higher than the comparison (U6). The stem volume of superior individual was about 0.18 m^3. This study provided the genetic materials for cloning of superior individual and further cross breeding of Eucalyptus.
