Abstract:The changes of electronic structures in the metallic superlattices due to disorder have been calculated self-consistently by CPA method for a simple model hamiltonian, using tight-binding approximation and only the random distributions of diagonal matrix elements being taken into account. The local densities of electronic states and the curves of self-energy have been obtained for some values of the parameters.
