摘    要:天然气发动机缸内热化学重整技术对于开发新型的满足更严格排放法规的天然气发动机有着重要意义,为了探究不同醇类对缸内热化学重整影响的化学反应动力学机理,本文选取甲醇、乙醇与乙二醇三种小分子醇作为加浓燃料,通过流动反应器实验和CHEMKIN模拟,对三者掺混时重整气的生成量以及甲烷的消耗量进行了对比,并对反应路径进行了分析以判...

Abstract:In-cylinder thermochemical fuel reforming technique for natural gas engines is of great significance for the development of new natural gas engines that can meet more stringent emission regulations.Methanol,ethanol and ethylene glycol were used as enriched fuels in order to explore the chemical reaction kinetics of the effects of different alcohols on in-cylinder thermochemical fuel reforming.Through flow reactor experiments and CHEMKIN simulations,the amount of reformed gas and methane consumption when mixing three different kinds of alcohols were compared,and the reaction pathways were analyzed to find out what caused this difference.The effects of carbon chain length and number of hydroxyl groups on the reforming have been discussed through comparison.It is found that when the carbon chain lengths of small molecular alcohols are the same,increasing the number of hydroxyl groups is beneficial to promoting the reforming process;when the number of hydroxyl groups is the same,shortening the carbon chain length is beneficial to promoting the reforming process.
