摘    要:本文通过实验和数值计算对均热板内烧结铜粉吸液芯的孔隙率、体积收缩率、渗透率、毛细性能等开展研究,实验样品包括烧结的10组(50个)单粒径铜粉吸液芯和8组(24个)复合粒径铜粉吸液芯,分别开展了渗透率实验和毛细上升红外测试实验,通过渗透率实验结果与计算结果对比分析,验证了计算的准确性;采用计算有效毛细半径作为吸液芯的实际有效毛细半径,计算了吸液芯的毛细性能因子,分析了铜粉粒径对于各参数的影响。

Abstract:In this paper,the porosity,volume shrinkage,permeability and capillary performance of the sintered copper powder wick in a vapor chamber were studied experimentally and numerically.The experimental samples included 10 groups(50 pieces)single-size sintered copper powder wicks,and 8 groups(24 pieces)composite particle size sintered copper powder wicks.They were tested for permeability and capillary rise infrared test respectively.The experimental results of permeability were compared with the calculated results to verify the accuracy of the calculating model.The effective capillary radius was calculated as the actual effective capillary radius of the wick,and the capillary performance factor of the wick was calculated.The influence of the particle size of copper powder on each parameter was analyzed.
