Abstract:In view of the current state of the China vigorous implementation of clean energy technology and coal-to-gas program,this paper proposed a gas-fired duplex Stirling heat pump system.The full text was based on the thermoacoustics,and the SAGE program was used to simulate and optimize the system.In this simulation,the hot-end temperature of the Stirling engine,the heating and the cold-end temperatures of the heat pump are fixed at 923 K,333 K,273 K.It was found that the output heating power were 7000 W,respectively.The COPh and relative Carnot efficiency of the system reached 1.79 and 45.67%.Nevertheless,the displacement of the resonant piston was sensitive to temperature,pressure and the mechanical damping of the alternator,which will seriously restrict the efficient operation of the system.In order to reduce the sensitivity of the system,the alternator was used to couple the Stirling engine and the Stirling heat pump.The piston of the alternator can be kept in a stable working state by adjusting the electric power input and output of the alternator.The results showed that the alternator is feasible for achieving efficient coupling of Stirling engine and Stirling heat pump and reducing system sensitivity.
