摘    要:建立了化妆品中11种防腐剂HPLC测定方法。样品经甲醇超声提取后,经ZORBAX Extend XDB-C18柱分离,以甲醇-水(pH=8.0)为流动相,采用紫外检测器检测。11种防腐剂分离良好并排除了样品中杂质峰的干扰,各防腐剂在1—200mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r〉0.999),平均回收率为93.4%—102.4%,相对标准偏差为0.81%—3.14%(n=5),检出限为0.2—2.0mg/L。该方法可简便、快捷、准确的同时测定11种防腐剂。

Abstract:An efficient method for analyzing eleven preservatives was developed by high performance liquid chromatography. Samples were extracted with methanol by ultrasonic, separated through ZORBAX Extend XDB-C_(18) column and determined with UV detector. Methanol-water(pH= 8.0) was used as mobile phase. Each preservative was separated without the interference from impurity. The linear correlation coefficient is (r) 0.999 in the range of 1-200mg/L. The average recoveries for the eleven preservatives are ranged from 93.4% to 102.4% with relative standard deviations of 0.81%-3.14%(n=5),and the limits of detection were from 0.2 to 2.0mg/L. The method is suitable to simultaneous assay the eleven preservatives in cosmetics with simplicity and accuracy in a single injection.
