摘    要:将模拟退火遗传算法应用于3-skip-1滤波器膜系的优化设计中,并在多腔后卺加补偿膜层来减小通带的波纹.通过一系列的遗传操作,优化出的膜系各项指标均满足分插复用3-skip-1 100 GHz滤波器的要求.

Abstract:An optimized algorithm based on simulated annealing and genetic algorithm was provided for designing films of 3-skip-1 filters. Two antireflection layers were added to the exterior of the stack to deminish the ripple of passband. The optimized multilayer film meets the design demand of 3-skip-1 filter of 100 GHz.
