Chaxines B, C, D, and E from the edible mushroom Agrocybe chaxingu

Abstract:Four novel compounds, chaxines B (1), C (2), D (3), and E (4), were isolated from an edible mushroom Agrocybe chaxingu. The structures of 1-4 were determined by the interpretation of spectroscopic data. Compounds 1 and 2 suppressed the formation of osteoclast.
