工艺因素对合成镁铝尖晶石性能的影响

摘    要:以轻烧镁砂、工业氧化铝和α-Al2O3为原料,采用一步烧成法合成镁铝尖晶石,结果表明:通过合理的工艺控制,特别是MgO/Al2O3的值,原料粒度,烧成温度和成型压力,可烧结制得尖晶石含量较高的致密镁铝尖晶石,体积密度可达3.30g/cm^3以上.

Abstract:The magnesia alumina Spinel synthesized by one step sintering was studied by using purer industrial raw materials including active magnesia, industrial alumian. The results show that compact magnesia alumina spinel synthesized by sintering can be made by proper process controlling such as the proportion of MgO-Al2O3, material granularity, sintering temperature and molding pressure and its bulk density can come to up to 3.30 g/cm^-3
