| 摘 要： | Mesophyll protoplasts of two cultivars of Nicotiana rustica L. were cultured in Nagata-Takebe me-dium. The callus formed was inoculated onto a modified MS media (MSBI, MSBN) to induce organo-genesis. Greenish outgrowths, which developed from the callus of only one cultivar, were transferredagain to basic medium without plant growth regulators (MS_ο). These greenish spots developed further intoflower buds under various light conditions. Especially leafless flower buds formed directly from a partof greenish outgrowths on callus. They bloomed and set seeds within the test tubes.
