摘    要:高校图书馆服务育人的创新与研究。关系到图书馆服务育人水平的提升。图书馆界有关服务方式创新的讨论很多,而从研究读者心理入手,通过心理学中“觉察”观念的引入,创新服务观念、提升育人水平的问题却鲜有论及。而这正是服务创新的根本所在。应引起图书馆人的高度重视。

Abstract:The innovation and Research of university library's service and edu ca tion has a bearing on the promotion of service and education level of university library. Although there are many discussions on the innovation of service manne r in library circles, only a few discussions involve the problem of innovating s ervice concept and promoting education level through researching readers' psycho logy and introducing the opinion of "detection". It is the crux of service innov ation, and librarians' attention should be thoroughly aroused as to its importan ce.
