| 摘 要： | 以FTSC双效冲击板加单坝结构的中间包为研究对象,应用FLUENT软件计算了中间包的三维流场、温度场、夹杂物运动轨迹及不同尺寸夹杂物的排除率. 结果表明,FTSC中间包内的双效冲击板和单坝能够明显改善钢液的流动状态和温度分布,显著提高夹杂物的排除率,并且对小尺寸夹杂物(d＜60#μm)排除率的影响尤为显著.
