| 摘 要： | 分析了拟升本高职院校图书馆存在的问题,提出了促进其建设和发展的一些参考性建议：确定发展目标,实现较快转变;丰富文献资源,优化馆藏结构;提升馆员素质,改善馆员结构;加快基础建设,增添网络设备;拓展服务内容,提升服务档次等,通过多方面努力来满足学校教学和科研的需求,尽快达到本科院校图书馆的评估标准。
