摘    要:设计了一种信息化的社区无线医疗监测系统终端设备,用于对社区内需长期监护人群的生理信息监测。该终端以PXA270为核心,使用嵌入式Linux操作系统和MiniGUI图形界面,通过Zig-Bee协议实现无线数据传输。设计了生理参数阈值预测算法和自适应时域运动干扰信号识别算法,采取生理参数自动判断与病人手动输入想结合的报警方式。通过168组测量信号进行干扰识别实验,正确率达到97.6%,采用屏气试验来模拟呼吸功能障碍病人病发时的血氧饱和度变化情况,初步实验表明,该设备可以实现生理信息的监测、分析、传输、存储和预警。
