掺锰钙钛矿系统中外磁场与转换温度的关系

摘    要:用渗流模型研究了(La1-xBx)2/3Ca1/3MnO3系统由顺磁性向铁磁性转换过程中外磁场与转换温度的关系.在平均场理论中,电阻是外磁场和温度的函数.研究发现:当外加磁场不太强时,转化温度随着外磁场的增加而线性地增加,理论上的计算与最近的实验观察相当符合.

Abstract:Magnetic transitions are studied for(La_(1-x)B_x)_(2/3)Ca_(1/3)MnO_3 system,based on a magnetic percolation theoretical model,where the system consists of paramagnetic and ferromagnetic domains.In the mean-field approximation,the resistance as a function of temperature and magnetic field are derived analytically and simulated numerically.It is found that the dependence of the critical temperature on magnetic field is linear when applied magnetic field is not too strong.Our theoretical predictions are in excellent agreement with recent experimental observations.
