| 摘 要： | 科技风险犹如自然风险一样成为企业自主创新道路上的瓶颈,科技保险是能够规避科技风险的最好方式,对我国经济可持续发展有着重大意义。因此在提出我国企业自主创新过程中的科技风险的基础上,分析了科技保险对企业的重要作用,探讨了我国科技保险试点中暴露出的问题,并提出了解决相关问题的对策。
