瑞氏木霉纤维素酶研究进展

摘    要:瑞氏木霉(Trichoderma reesei)产生的纤维素酶酶系全、能分泌到细胞外,是研究得最清楚的产纤维素酶的模式菌株,但是其产生的纤维素酶还不能满足工业化转化纤维素的需要。本文从纤维素酶种类与调控、提高纤维素酶活的方法、标记基因的选择等方面概述瑞氏木霉纤维素酶,分析瑞氏木霉纤维酶研究面临的问题及对策,指出提高β?葡萄糖苷酶的产量和酶活是未来研究工作的重点之一。
