摘    要:本文提出用双通道原理来改善SCR—D双环调速系统抗负载干扰性能,前馈通道由外扰负载估计器与补偿器组成,负载转矩估计器由Z80单板机实现,文中介绍了微机实现负载转矩估计器原理及方法,并作了模拟实验,分别得出了负载转矩工作特性与系统抗扰实验曲线,获得了明显的缩短扰动后的恢复时间与减小动态速降的效果。文中还对负载转矩数字估计器的鲁棒性进行了初步讨论。

Abstract:A system using double channels to improve anti-interference index of SCR-D double loop control system is presented.The feed forward chanal constitutes with estimater of external load disturb and compensator . The load torque estimater based on Z-80 is used here. The theory and method of implementation of the load torque estimater is introduced in this paper. We performed the experiment in automatic control laboratory of our college and obtained working property of load torque and experimental curve of anti-interference of the system individually.The experiment results represent that recovery time and dynamic revolution drop is dicreased explicitly.The robustness of load digital estimater is discussed in this paper.
