离子注入高铬铸铁缸套面改性研究和应用

摘    要:详细描述了离子注入技术在泥浆泵缸套表面改性中的研究和应用,提出了离子注入高铬铸铁缸套表面改性的机制,通过样品实验和现场实验得到最佳离子注入工艺,使改性后的缸套筹命、丁晴橡胶活塞的使用寿命得到提高。本项技术可提高石油钻井的生产效率,降低成本,为国家节约资金,已基本达到工业应用化程度,填补了离子注入表面改性技术在石油行业应用的空白。

Abstract:This paper describes the study and application of ion implantation to the improvement of the surface of slurry pump cylinder and puts forward the mechanism on the improvement of the surface of high chromium cast iron cylinder through ion implantation. The optimum process is obtained by means of sample tests and on the spot tests.Therefore,the service life of the improved cylinder and the butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer piston are extended.With this technology,the productivity of petroleum drilling is increased,and the production cost is much reduced.The technology has almost attained industry application level and filled in the gaps in the field of the application of improvement of surface through ion implantation in petroleum industry
