| Abstract: | A number of bis-phosphorylated 1,4:3,6-dianhydro-D-mannitol derivatives were synthesized. The increased steric loading of the phosphorus-containing residues in the compounds prepared gives rise to complicated 1H and 31P NMR spectra and magnetic nonequivalence of structurally similar molecular fragments. |
