传播学视野下的高校图书馆人本管理

摘    要:高校图书馆要实施人本管理,一方面是由于图书馆是承载人文精神,实现传播理性的重要阵地,另一方面图书馆管理存在许多与人文精神相悖的现状。文章认为图书馆作为一个组织,存在组织内传播和组织外传播。在传播学视角下,人本管理主要有两条路径:一是在组织内传播上建立健全的激励因素和保健因素,建立合理的教育体系;二是在组织外传播既要在满足读者需求的基础上传播信息,更要在更深的层面上对读者的进行终极关怀,将针对读者的信息素养教育和媒介素养教育结合起来,帮助读者批判地认识信息与社会、信息与人之间的关系。

Abstract:University libraries should implement human-oriented management. The reasons are as follows: For one thing, libraries are the significant fields which contain the humanistic spirits and can realize the commu- nicational nationalities. For another thing, the current states in library management often contradict humanism spirits. As an organization, library spreads information both in the organization and outside the organization. From this perspective, there are mainly two approaches in humanism management. The first one is not only to establish the incentive factors and security factors, but also to establish the reasonable education systems. The second one is not only to transmit information to meet the demands of readers, but also to provide readers with ultimate cares in the deep level. We must integrate the readers' information literacy with readers' media litera- cy, aiming to help readers critically cognize the relationships among information, society and human beings.
